Caroline Fröhlich
Managing Director | Global Scale Solutions GmbH

Caroline joined GLOBAL SIDE in February 2022 as Head of Product. Since January 2023, she has been Managing Director of Global Scale Solutions GmbH, which is responsible for the GLOBAL SIDE InterAct product group. Prior to this, she gained extensive experience in various positions in digital product management, primarily in large companies, but also by working in and with start-ups. Caroline is responsible for the product roadmap and defines the goals for the respective year together with the team. Her strength lies in using targeted questions to bring together knowledge and information from a wide variety of sources in order to solve complex issues and problems. She values honesty, trust, reliability, and team spirit. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, the outdoors and sport.

Product Owner Mobile & App

Since November 1, 2025, Regina Stahlbauer has been part of GLOBAL SIDE InterAct, driving the development of mobile solutions as Product Owner Mobile & App. Her focus: creating applications that deliver real value for users. From the first idea to go-live, she works closely with clients, UX/UI, and development teams to translate requirements into practical, well-crafted solutions.
Before joining GLOBAL SIDE, Regina worked as a Senior Consultant and Digital Operations Manager, where she specialized in connecting business and IT through pragmatic collaboration. She is passionate about building clear, effective processes and thrives in international teams where openness and trust form the foundation of successful cooperation.
Outside of work, Regina has a green thumb and dreams of one day becoming self-sufficient. Her desired superpower would be teleportation – always ready to discover new places and impressions. And her favorite kitchen utensil? The mortar – reliable, versatile, and made to bring out the best in every ingredient.

Damian Jacob
React Native Developer

Damian has been working as a Mobile Developer at GLOBAL SIDE InterAct since February 2024. Previously, he worked as a software developer for a platform for aviation authorities. He develops mobile apps with React Native and makes sure they have an appealing design and work smoothly. Damian has a background in linguistics and is very interested in programming languages. He has been playing bass guitar for over 10 years and loves lasagne. Clarity in communication is particularly important to him. His motto is: „The greatest teacher, failure is.” (Yoda)
